Kay F. Thompson Award
As of 2009 ISH will award a new awards: the Kay F. Thompson Award for Clinical Excellence in Dentistry - to awardees whose lifetime of demonstrated clinical experience substantially advances the understanding of the uses of hypnosis in obtaining effective results in dental practice.
This award will be presented during the ISH conference in Rome. This award is installed by the initiative of the president of ISH, Eric Vermetten, MD.
Awardees are nominated through the Awards committee, chaired by Peter Bloom, MD. It is the President who will give these awards during a special event at the conference in Rome.
